Craig Bursch joins TKDA team in Duluth

DULUTH, Minn. TKDA, an employee-owned provider of engineering, architecture and planning services, is pleased to announce that Craig Bursch, PE, has joined its Facilities Engineering Division in Duluth.

The senior registered engineer has more than two decades of experience as lead design engineer, project manager and field engineer on a wide range of structural design projects for both public and private clients. His project work has included airport, educational, health care, heavy industrial, recreational, residential and retail facilities.

His many Minnesota projects include the Duluth International Airport new passenger terminal and parking ramp; Minnesota Power Taconite Harbor FSI building in Schroeder; AMSOIL Arena in Duluth; University of Minnesota-Duluth Swenson Civil Engineering Building and the Labovitz School of Business School of Economics; BlueStone Lofts in Duluth; Benedictine Health Center expansion in Duluth; Crossroads Center Mall expansion in St. Cloud; University of Minnesota-Twin Cities Coffman Memorial Student Union renovation; Bookmen Lofts warehouse-to-condo renovation in Minneapolis; Hakke and Kirkland Residence Halls at Winona State University; and Woodhill Country Club renovation in Wayzata.

Bursch, a Two Harbors native, received his Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He is licensed in Minnesota, Nebraska, New Jersey and Wisconsin; is a past president of the Duluth Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE); and is a board member of the Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce.
