Alonzo D. Yarbrough, 40, Duluth, disorderly conduct - offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene, 58 days in local confinement.

Timothy K. Lindquist, 40, Duluth, first count of driving after revocation (offense date 3/3/14), second count of driving after revocation (offense date 7/7/14), third count of driving after revocation (offense date 10/24/15), fourth count of driving after revocation, fifth count of driving after revocation, driving after suspension (offense date 5/20/13) and careless driving, fined $50 and 90 days in local confinement or NERCC - per each count concurrent.

Noah B. Cornwell, 20, Duluth, possession or sale of small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, continued for dismissal on one year of probation.

John L. D. Curtis, 57, Duluth, disorderly conduct - brawling or fighting, continued for dismissal for one year.

Donald C. Halverson, 42, Duluth, driving after suspension (offense date 10/9/15), fined $200.

Paul B. Herstein, 57, Minneapolis, theft by shoplifting, fined $50 and 30 days in local confinement, time stayed on one year of probation.

James T. Johnson, 51, no city listed, fugitive, extradition waived.

Maxwell J. Sabato, 30, Dorchester, Mass., careless driving, fined $1,000 and 60 days in local confinement, $700 and time stayed on one year of probation with conditions.

Tristan A. Snyder, 22, Duluth, theft by shoplifting, fined $300 and 30 days in local confinement or NERCC, $250 and 27 days stayed on one year of probation.
